Global Lounge Rollout.

Protecting and enhancing the BA brand.

In helping BA roll out their Galleries Lounge concept – we began by seeking an understanding of the emotional appeal of the space and the way it made the passenger feel.

We continued with design development for each individual location, the development of a concept brief and creative guidelines, and the delivery of the technical package to architects.

These ‘design intent’ drawings include full specification for furniture, fabrics, graphics, lighting, signage and finishing details so that the architect can quickly and easily proceed to full technical drawings. In short, from conception to execution, nothing is left to chance.

 

The result? From idea to execution, a calm, consistent experience that reflects and reinforces the airline’s core brand values.

The project itself commenced with the new lounge in Dubai which launched in March 2016 and BA are currently rolling out the concept around the world.
